Apartments which we offer, have fine cosy interior equipped by the modern furniture, audio-, video- and home appliances. The order and cleanliness, the cosiness and comfort in apartments is observed.
Our apartments are in the inhabited houses and are proposed only for residing. We don't give an apartment for various pleasure actions (birthdays, weddings, parties, etc.). In case of concealment of the true purpose of renting of apartments, we take matching measures, down to cancellation of the contract unilaterally, without returning the money paid by the client as advance payment.
We don't rent apartments to persons till 23 years which haven't reached majority. In our apartments presence of pets is not supposed!
